A breakfast with a view
Waking up to sunrise views framed by hot air balloons was simply magical. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast itself was delightful, featuring local organic produce.
However, the air conditioning was below par, making the room a bit uncomfortable during our stay in the summer heat. One day, we had to manage with the stairs, which could be tough for anyone with mobility issues.

I had a great stay for 3 nights in a Family Suite. The balcony provided breathtaking views of hot air balloons at sunrise. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Parking was easy and convenient.

Lighting in the Junior Suite could use improvement. it felt too dim, which may be uncomfortable for those with eyesight issues. Be prepared for the many stairs—there are internal stairs in the room itself, which could pose challenges for older guests or those with knee problems. Additionally, the air conditioning unit struggled during our summer stay, leading to warmer than desired room conditions. Noise can travel easily, making morning disturbances from other guests more pronounced than expected. Lastly, the basic breakfast variety became repetitive after a couple of days.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, providing useful recommendations. The breakfast was delightful, but the room could have used some improvements, especially regarding noise. Still, the breathtaking views from the terrace were worth the stay, even if the hot air balloon experience was missed due to snow.
